Although we enjoy all the seasons and weather we have here in Wisconsin, some of our outdoor surfaces such as patios, decks, and fencing look more weathered than we’d like. Cold, harsh winters, wet windy Springtime and hot and humid summers age our outdoor living spaces prematurely, making these once beautiful surfaces look weathered and dull.  Our Soft Wash method at Spray-Clean will safely clean away the dirt, algae, mold and allergens and renew your outdoor living space to its former beauty. Wood surfaces are especially susceptible to damage.  Ultra violet rays  from the sun damage and dry out wood fibers at the cellular level resulting in color loss and aging of the surface. After the wood has been gently cleaned and rinsed, a conditioner is applied to the surface and left on to restore moisture. This conditioner contains a uv inhibitor that penetrates the wood and acts like a sunblock to help protect from further damage. This process, if done regularly can add years of life to untreated wood. As an added bonus, it also contains antimicrobial properties that deter and slow the growth of microbes to reduce allergens, keep clean longer and further protect your investment.
