Will you need to walk on my roof?

75% of the time treatment applications can be done either from the ground or a ladder near the gutter line. Exceptions to this would be areas that are difficult to reach.  If the roof requires walking it is because at Spray-Clean! we ensure that every inch of the roof be saturated to ensure a 100% kill ratio of the organisms eroding the shingles to help protect your roof from further infestations.

 

How much pressure will you use?

At Spray-Clean! our system is manufactured for safety.  It is designed to operate and deliver the proprietary cleaning treatment at about 40-60 psi.  The carefully metered solution is applied with pressure equivalent of a garden hose. Because we know that using pressure to clean your roof can compromise the integrity of your shingles, we will never use a pressure washer on your roof.

 

Will it damage my landscaping?

At Spray-Clean! we have had training specific to plant and property protection and take preventative measures to keep vegetation safe. Prior to application of the cleaning solution all plants are pre-wet.  During the application a grounds person is there to rinse as needed. Protecting your property and keeping it beautiful is our priority, so protective measures are part of our everyday operating procedures.  After the treatment or cleaning of your exterior surfaces, a proprietary plant wash is applied to neutralize the chemicals and add nutrients back into the soil and fertilize the plants.
